Battletoads é um jogo conhecido por sua alta dificuldade, e essa nova versão não poderia ser diferente. A RARE e a Dlala Studios revelaram a lista de Conquistas do título, e já adiantam que muitas delas irão requerer muita paciência e habilidade dos jogadores, pois promemtem um bom nível de desafio.
São ao todo 56 Conquistas, totalizando os famigerados 1000G, com cinco delas sendo secretas. Existe uma boa quantidade de Conquistas voltadas para o co-op, bem como outras que focam na busca por colecionáveis.
